Led a team to design Food Management and Reservation Systems, streamlining order processing, table management, and inventory tracking, resulting in a 10% efficiency improvement. Utilized Visio to create Data Flow Diagrams (DFDs), optimized workflows with Microsoft Access, and developed a seamless rollout strategy using Microsoft Project.

Delivered actionable recommendations for WIT students by balancing cost and accessibility.

Evaluated the renewal of Brightspace LMS versus transitioning to a new system by conducting stakeholder research through interviews, surveys, and focus groups. Analyzed vendor data and costs using Excel, narrowing options to four platforms. Recommended Brightspace for its cost-effectiveness, integration capabilities, and user familiarity while addressing concerns about its grading system.
